About Us

Raf & Grace was founded in 2021 as a place to buy unique and interesting pieces for fashion lovers with a conscience. 

Founder Sarah has worked in the fashion industry for over 25 years. Starting in Retail Management in the mid 90's (yes she is that old) followed by 15 years as a Buyer for a large high street retailer. After years of selling and buying mass market fashion Sarah set up her own fashion blog and Instagram account @my_fashionforecast and left the world of high street fashion. Working as a freelance Business Consultant and part time Lecturer in Fashion at the School of Art & Design at Nottingham Trent University. 

Raf & Grace was born out of a desire to shop and consume fashion in a more considered way. Slowing down consumption of new items of clothing, considering the necessity of each purchase and how it is made. Raf & Grace is a place for fashion lovers who don't want to wear mass market fashion that everyone else is wearing. Collections of clothing and accessories made from recycled or materials that already exist. Joyful jewellery and playful accessories that elevate your everyday effortlessly. Along with some small niche brands and items that Sarah loves! 

We are based in Nottingham where Sarah lives with her family. Mum to two girls who the business is named after! We work with other local creatives here in Nottingham to power and create the website you are shopping on.
